Fiver vs SMARTY
Fiver vs a SMARTY SIM
SMARTY is genuinely good and we're not going to pretend otherwise. £20 a month for unlimited data, one month at a time, cancel whenever. If your next reset is more than about a fortnight away, or you're thinking about switching networks anyway, go to SMARTY. Fiver only wins on the short gap — the four days before payday when you don't want a second monthly bill and you'll never think about us again afterwards.

When SMARTY is the better buy
- You run short every month. A £20 rolling SIM fixes that properly; Fiver is for the one-off.
- You run out of data most months. That's not a gap, that's a plan that's too small — a £20 SMARTY SIM fixes it properly.
- You want calls and texts too. Fiver is data only, always.

Common questions
- Is SMARTY cheaper than Fiver?
- Per gigabyte, yes, comfortably. Per gap, no — a rolling month costs you a month whether you needed four days of it or not.
- Why do you cap Fiver at 14 days?
- Because beyond a fortnight the maths stops favouring us. A £20 rolling SIM is better value, so we stop selling and say so rather than take the money.
- Can I use both?
- People do. A SMARTY SIM as your main line and a Fiver on the odd month a trip or a hotspot session blows through the allowance.
- Does SMARTY use the same network as Fiver?
- SMARTY runs on Three. Fiver's data runs on UK networks through our wholesale supply — you don't switch anything or move your number either way.
