Common questions
- What's an eSIM?
- A SIM built into your phone that's activated by scanning a code, rather than a plastic card you slot in.
- Will having two SIMs drain my battery?
- Barely. Keeping both lines active uses a little more power, and you can turn Fiver off in Settings when you're done.
- Can I remove Fiver afterwards?
- Yes. Delete the eSIM in your phone's SIM settings once it's expired.
- Do I need Wi-Fi to install it?
- You need some connection to download the eSIM profile — Wi-Fi is easiest when your data has run out.
