VOXI's free social apps are a real perk if most of your data goes on Instagram and TikTok, and Lebara's monthly bundles are among the cheapest in the UK. Neither helps if you've got four days to go and don't want a new monthly bill — that's the only thing Fiver does.

VOXI sells rolling 30-day plans on Vodafone's network with unlimited data for certain social, music and video apps — £10 for 20GB, £15 for 35GB, £35 unlimited at the time of checking. Lebara sells low-cost 30-day data bundles, also on Vodafone. Both renew monthly until cancelled.
